Room in NE row house available September 1 - $850

2 F & 1 M in their mid to late 20s looking for a 4th CF housemate for their rowhouse in NE. The house is located within walking distance (<10min) from the stadium armory metro station (Blue, Orange and Silver lines) and the H Street Corridor. 

Rent is $850/month + utilities. Basement bedroom with bathroom on the same level and a shared kitchen and common space on the middle level. Washer & Dryer included. Monthly housekeeping included. Backyard driveway and Zone 6 street parking available. 

Housemates are low-key individuals who enjoy watching movies/tv shows and throwing occasional dinner/house parties. Looking for a housemate to move in by Sunday, September 1st. One month security deposit required.
