National Community Church Administrative Assistant

National Community Church (NCC) believes the Church should be the most creative place on the planet. To accomplish this core conviction, we aspire to hire people with a high level of vision and technical skill. The administrative assistant (AA) serves a pivotal role in the operations of our church offices. The AA’s ministry supports the staff team and works directly with the office manager and chief operating officer (COO). The AA is expected to be in the front office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., occasionally working weekend staff events or other required church events.

The AA is the master of wearing multiple hats. You roll with the punches, whether that means helping staff with an admin project, a guest needing someone to talk with, or receiving a large unexpected delivery. You personify our culture and ensure all who walk through our doors feel as though they belong. You can take initiative independently and at the same time, be a team player. You are the first impression of our office.
