Monthly Rent if 1 CF Rents Whole Floor: $1,300
Monthly Rent if 2 CFs Share the Floor: $800 per person
Monthly Utilities [Gas, Electricity, Water, Wifi, Security system]: Flat fee of $100 per person in addition to the monthly rent. The floor has a separate thermostat as part of a Nest home system.
It is a four bedroom house with 3 full baths. The floor for rent is upstairs with two unfurnished rooms and a walk-in closet connected to a private bath. The floor is perfect for a working professional who needs an office to work from home or CFs who wants extra space for quiet relaxation.
The stand-alone house was recently renovated with a modern kitchen, and the spacious front porch is complete with a swing. The new housemate(s) will share the kitchen, a living room, walk-in pantry, dining space, small sitting room, tv room, backyard, and laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The house has a kitten in-residence. She is a ragdoll cat who hardly sheds and is super sweet and friendly.
We are looking for CF housemate(s) who loves Jesus, are easy going, and tidy. The house enjoys quiet relaxing evenings and sometimes venturing out for roomie activities.
