Furnished Studio Apt for Rent in Alexandria, VA -- $1200 Includes All Utilities, Parking, Laundry

I would like to rent my light-filled and clean furnished studio apartment to a CF.  I live in a safe, quiet, and secure townhouse development, located  just above Old Town, Alexandria; am 5 minutes to the Huntington Metro, and 20 minutes from DC, driving time. The apartment is in my above grade English walkout basement. The studio also has its own outdoor brick patio with table and chairs and lovely garden. The townhouse faces a hundred acre park with walking trails and a tennis court.
