Lease Takeover - $2,262
Seeking a lease takeover starting Mon. Oct 7th for our one bedroom unit, 750 sq/ft at The Tellus. 8th floor with views of Washington DC. Our current rate is $2,262 (includes trash), when the lease renews in early Dec. management says it will increase by 5-12%. Our apartment rate is currently way under market value. The Tellus has a rooftop pool and grill with beautiful views of DC, a first floor outdoor common area, and a 2nd floor indoor/outdoor common area, a gym, laundry in unit, and a 24 hour concierge. There is a garage but it's an additional $100/month.
