2 rooms for CMs in Falls Church Single Family Home $600/$695 w/ FiOS Gigabit WiFi all util included
The 8x11 room is available now, it rents for $600 per month and is furnished with Twin XL bed, night stand, dresser, desk and office chair. The other room is 11x11 and is available August 15. This room is furnished with Queen bed, night stand, dresser, bookcase, desk and office chair. These rooms share the main bathroom along with guest room that is occupied by tenant that is member of current administration that is only at house during the week and returns to Richmond on weekends to be with his family.
The home has central ac and gas heat. The laundry room features front loading washer plus pedestal washer for small loads. The dryer is gas. The house does have resident rescued Greyhound. She is 7 years old and very friendly. I attended McLean Bible for 22 years but have made NCC my home church since last Fall. J.C. Walker
