Guest house is two streets from Potomac River and the Mt. Vernon Bike Trail in a terrific location for outdoor amenities and 9 miles from Washington, DC..
Guest House is a 510 square foot private entrance ground level apartment which includes 1 bedroom, living room, full kitchen, full
bathroom with beautiful, private views of landscaped backyard. It is lovingly maintained by our family and we have had great long-term renters. If interested, please contact us very soon as the guest house is rarely available. Rent includes internet access, water, driveway parking. Sorry, No Pets. N/S. Single occupancy only (NO exceptions).
$1500/month (+ electric). Guest house is also accessible to downtown Washington, DC in 25 min. through express bus service on GW Parkway or Huntington metro (11Y bus to DC, 101 bus to Huntington metro).
