$785 Capitol Hill Bedroom CM
Hello,
We are looking for a fourth housemate to share a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house. The room is on the smaller side but comes with lots of light and plenty of storage and living space, and is well-priced for Capitol Hill.
About us: We are three late-20s/early-30s Christian men. We meet once a week over happy hour, dinner or brunch for a Bible study and updates. Two of us work in politics and the third is an engineer at the Navy Yard.
The available room is $785 a month, plus utilities and a monthly cleaning service. There is also a basement room for $850 that is currently occupied, but the housemate occupying it would be open to switching rooms and taking the smaller room.
