We are looking for a friendly and clean housemate to take over a room in our 3 BR/1BA townhouse near downtown Bethesda this September.

Some quick facts:

Room available starting September 1, 2019
3BR/1BA townhouse (~900 sf, mostly wood floors), shared with 2 other young professional housemates who work and attend churches in the area
Rent is ~$730/mo including wifi and utilities, except laundry (shared laundry room for the complex is one door over) with an additional $55/month fee for A/C in the summer months, security deposit equal to one month's rent
Location is about a 3 min walk to Bethesda Row (various shops and restaurants) and to Trader Joe's and Target, ~5-10 min walk from Giant and Safeway
<10 minute walk to the Bethesda Metro, plus a Montgomery Co. bus stop one street over
On-street parking available with small permit fee, option to pay for garage parking beneath the building
