Looking for a third roommate to move into our remodeled row home in NE Capitol Hill! One spacious, unfurnished room upstairs for rent @ $1,100 -- three big windows with great natural light, hardwood floors, a sizable closet in the room and linen closet in the hallway. The full bathroom upstairs is shared with one roommate who is clean and organized. Utilities (gas/electric & wifi; water is covered) are split evenly in thirds, but generally run under $50 each.
