Seeking friendly female for Fairlington flat ($1,000/month, September 1)

Hello!
I'm going on a work assignment and need someone to take over my portion of the lease for 1 year, starting in September. Rent is $1,000/month (for everything!), and move-in date is September 1 (some flexibility).
We live in very cute Fairlington (Arlington) which is convenient to everything. Walkable to the Shirlington Village shops and restaurants. There's a bus line right outside the complex that regularly goes to the Pentagon metro station (Blue and Yellow lines) in 10 minutes. If you drive, it's a 15-minute drive to Capitol Hill, and just a couple minutes from the 395. There are lots of grocery stores nearby, in a quiet neighborhood that has community swimming pools, tennis courts, and ample parking.
Ideal for new DC transplants, the place will come with fully furnished common areas. You get your own spacious bedroom and share the bathroom with a lovely, easy-going, and *very* considerate roommate. Bedroom can come furnished (or not, depending on your preference)!
