Private Room/bathroom ($1250) - Friendship Heights Metro

Hi everyone, we are looking for a third roommate to rent a private bedroom and bathroom in a 3 BR unit. Lease begins August First (willing to be flexible) and will cost 1250 per month.

    Is this still available and would you be willing to rent to a 26 year old Christian male, working at NIH in IT support? Move in date by Sep 1 or earlier.  That’s a convenient location for working at NIH and nice to be close to metro. Please reply at your convenience.
