Medium size room with private bath and large closet available September 1st in Woodley Park for a female! One year lease. $1125 per month.

Five bedroom house with Christian females in their 20s either working full time or in grad school. The house features a front and back porch, working fireplace in large living room, large dining room, kitchen, laundry in the basement, and two car garage.

Utilities range between $150-$200 (water, gas, electric, wifi and cable).

We are looking for someone who wants to live in a community, cook and eat dinner with roommates once a week and occasional roommate outings. (We all watch the Bachelorette right now ) We have different schedules but want to prioritize spending time with each other and fostering a caring and friendly environment. It's also important to us to keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and want another roommate who is consciousness about doing their dishes promptly, taking out trash or unloading dishes when it needs to be done, etc. 

Plus if you have a couch and TV as one of our couches and the only TV will be leaving with the current roommate.
