Looking For a CF to Join 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Townhouse in Fairfax!!

My roommate and I are looking for someone to join in on our 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse in Fairfax in mid-August.  It is a 12 month lease and is a great location with walking distance to Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax Corner & Fairfax Town Center-dining, shopping & more!  It is a bright, open floor plan with hardwood floors and an open kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances.  There is a fourth level with loft area and rooftop terrace!  The rent will be $900.  We are looking for a female in their early to mid 20s who wants to go out and explore since we are both new to the area!  Unfortunately pets are not allowed.  Please message me if you are interested and would like more information and pictures!  Thanks!
