1BR w/ Private Bath in Rosslyn Available Sept 1

Hello, I'm looking for a CF to take over my 1br in a 2br condo starting Sept 1 as I'll be getting married. Rent is $1400 per month.

The room is in a spacious 2br condo (1,280 sq ft), and the building has a pool and a gym. I love this place and location! It's only a 6 min. walk to the Rosslyn metro with many stores within walking distance. Only electricity and Internet are additional for utilities. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to see photos! My roommate and I both attend GCCC.
