~$1,000 rent private room and 1/2 bath in Pentagon City/Crystal City condo (CF)

Hello! Two CFs in search of another CF to complete our trio! We have 1 bedroom open starting July 29th with a start date on the lease of August 1st. You will have your own 1/2 bath as well. We have been in this area for 1 year and love it! It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is about a 5-7 minute walk from either the Crystal City metro or the Pentagon City metro stop. 

We are both working young professionals in our mid 20s. We enjoy spending quality time together watching Netflix, making a meal, going out to eat, and shopping, but also respect each others quiet time. We would love to add one more to the mix! We can send pictures if you're interested or come take a walk through.
