Spot available with 2 other CMs
We are two CMs (23 and 22) looking for a third to join us. We are looking at a move in at any point August.
Where it stands we have 3 potential places:
1. Apartment in Woodley Park (4 blocks from Woodley park Adams Morgan station) 3 bed 2 bath and rent would be close to 1250 a month.
2. Apartment in NoMa (4 blocks from NoMa station) 3 bed 3 bath and rent would be close to 1370.
3. Apartment on U street (6 blocks from U street metro or Dupont metro) 3 bed 2 bath and rent would be close 1350.
We are also on a time crunch, so if you are interested please let us know soon! We'd be happy to give more details about the places, and of course get to know you and vice versa.
(Other places might still come up as we are waiting on some replies, and if so our price range would stay within the ballpark of the amounts above)
