Capitol Hill Room Available in August (female)

Hi! I will be moving in August and looking for someone to take over my lease starting in August. It is a two story row home with three bedrooms at 4th and Constitution NE. The home is furnished, and the room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you prefer. The room is HUGE with two closets and a fireplace. The other two female roommates are early to mid 20s. The house has 1.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, a back patio, is a 10 minute walk to Union Station or Capitol South metro stations.
