Looking for CF Roommate to Share a Capitol Hill English Basement, August 20th
Hello!
I have a bedroom in a 2-bedroom/1-bath English basement that will be available August 20! It's located on Capitol Hill in a really safe, beautiful neighborhood that's about a 3min walk to Union Station. Rent is $1,250 (wifi included) and utilities are capped at $50/person (although I've never paid that much since living there). The apartment is beautiful with a washer/dryer, recently redone kitchen, and the landlords are a wonderful couple with two kids. Happy to send you some pictures if you're interested!
