Master bedroom in 3br/2ba apartment in Dupont Circle
Hi everyone!
I am looking for a female roommate to move into the master bedroom in a 3br/2ba apartment unit in the heart of Dupont Circle around July 31. The bedroom features a large walk-in closet and private bathroom. There are two other very friendly female roommates who share the bathroom in the hallway. Bedrooms are carpeted, but the rest of unit has hardwood floors with lots of windows and storage space! The living room and kitchen are pretty furnished/stocked, but there is space for additional items. The unit is in The Flats, and the building has 24/7 concierge service, outdoor pool, large courtyard area with electric grills and chairs, community/study rooms, and a 24/7 gym.

The location of this apartment really cannot be beat. It is two blocks from Dupont Circle metro station (red line) and a 12 minute walk to Foggy Bottom or Farragut West metro station (blue/orange/silver lines). Walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, bars, and coffee shops! Conveniently located near Rock Creek Park Trail, about .6 miles to Trader Joe's, and 1.3 miles to the Lincoln Memorial.
