Spacious Private Bedroom and Bath Available near Grosvenor Metro for CF
I have a private bedroom and bath available in a spacious 2 bed/2 bath
condo within in walking distance from the Grosvenor Metro (Red Line) and
convenient to 495. It is available now.
The total rent for this one private bed and bath is $1,100 per month which includes cable and internet and all utilities (gas, electric, and water/sewage/trash). There are no additional bills. This is one of the best prices I was able to find in the Bethesda/Rockville area for a spacious 2bed/2bath condo. There is ample parking in the building's lot, which is free for residents and guests.
I am a professional Christian female in my early 30's looking to share this peaceful home with another woman of the same faith. I am clean and organized and enjoy having a quiet, happy home. I am active and busy and love to come home to rest and recharge.
I have been living in this 2bed/2bath condo since August and have been really happy here. It's a quiet, sun-filled end-unit and the rooms are spacious. My former roommate was also really happy here, but, unfortunately, left for a job in Ohio.
