$1050 per month for large bedroom in 5 person Woodley Park group house. All Christian women in range of ages in their 20s.

Available August 1 for a one year lease.

Large bedroom with plenty of natural sunlight on the third floor
Features: wainscoting and a built in bookshelf and cabinets
No closet but plenty of space and two clothing racks (and limited storage space in basement)
Shares bathroom with one roommate who is 23 and works on Capitol Hill

The house is three blocks from the Woodley Park Metro.

Front and back porch, large living room with working fireplace, large dining room, half-bath, kitchen, laundry in the basement utility area shared with basement tenant

Utilities are between $140-$220 (water, gas, electric, wifi, cable)

We are looking for someone who wants to live in community, eat dinner with roommates once a week, and occasional roommate outings, Bachelorette watching  We all have different schedules, but we want to prioritize spending some time with each other and fostering and a fun and friendly environment. Also looking for someone who likes cleaning and is good about doing their dishes, taking out trash, will volunteer to sweep or vacuum, yard work, etc. Everyone is expected to help with chores.

A big plus if you have a TV and couch as we are about to lose our TV and the couch that sits in front of it!
