Looking for CF roommate in Row House on Capitol Hill/H Street Corridor
Hello!
I am moving out and am looking for my replacement in a wonderful row house on Capitol Hill/H Street corridor neighborhood.
This is a basement room with its own bathroom, cozy and spacious.
Rent is $900/mo plus wifi & utilities.
You'd be joining three great female roommates who are respectful, considerate, and kind.
We value those who hold the same qualities, and the move in date is preferable for July 22nd, but is flexible for anywhere between then and August 1st.
