We have a house at 3725 Reservoir Road NW. We have an opening for a single, fully-furnished (bed and desk) room. He’d share a bathroom with the two other guys. We’re across the street from Georgetown University and a bus ride away from Foggy, Rosslyn, and Dupont. Rent with utility would be ~$850 - $950.

Our house is all Christians from CHBC/DRBC and we’re all between 20-26yrs old. We use our house pretty proactively for hosting Christian outreach events and work a lot with Campus Outreach, a Christian college ministry at Georgetown University.

There’s central AC and a lot of room! Two fridges, sizable kitchen, washer and dryer, lots of couches, and a fire place!
