CF Needed for Townhouse in Alexandria, $675 plus utilities, flexible lease options
We’re 3 Christian females looking for a 4th to join us in our lovely, 4-bedroom townhouse. Located in Alexandria, Virginia minutes from 495, 95, and 395 and a short drive or bus ride from Van Dorn and Springfield metro stations with plenty of neighborhood parking. We are in zip code 22310. Our home is located near restaurants, movie theaters, shops and grocery stores such as Harris Teeter, Trader Joe’s and Giant. If you’re familiar with Kingstowne it’s 5 minutes north of this newly developed area. It’s a very safe and friendly neighborhood.
The room is freshly painted grey, with beige carpet. It’s 8’x13’ with plenty of space for a queen bed, dresser and bookshelves. It has a window providing plenty of light and a deep closet for clothing and storage. The room is unfurnished and waiting for you! There is a shared bathroom with 4 total bathrooms throughout the house. Hardwood floors throughout the house with carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar that opens into the dining room, and a living room with amazing sunlight. It opens into a balcony and deck for entertaining. The backyard faces trees and a creek, which is amazingly peaceful! The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all fully furnished. The house has a ton of upgrades!
About us, we’re all fun, laid back, young working professionals. Each of us is very active in our churches. We enjoy catching up from time to time and consider ourselves friends. We are all very considerate of each other’s needs. We enjoy having friends and family over to host and have cookouts. It’s important to us that our next housemate enjoys the same community as it’s not just a house, but our home.
The lease terms are flexible, and the room is ready for move-in mid-August. Rent is $675 plus about $100 a month in utilities shared by the number of roommates residing in the house.
