Seeking CF for large master bedroom available for rent in a spacious townhouse - July 1
Master bedroom with private bath is available July 1 in a large 3 BR townhouse. Rent is $965/mo. + utilities (~$100/mo.). Lots of natural light in the bedroom, large closet, space for a sitting area or workspace. Full laundry in-unit, large kitchen, dining room, living room and den. Plenty of parking at the house and on the street, single car garage and there's a lovely patio in the back. House is fully furnished, but bedroom will be unfurnished. No pets permitted.
Location: Bailey's Crossroads area of Alexandria. One mile from I-395, easy access to Route 50, bus stop at the corner, and a 10-15 minute drive to King Street, Ballston and Pentagon City metros. Very convenient drive to DC. Safe and quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.
CF would be joining two Christian women in the home. We are respectful and tidy. We enjoy but inconsistently see each other (ie. church, family, and social events) so rely on conscious living and clear communication.
Room can be available prior to July 1 if needed.
