Condo president lives in the building, is very attentive, and cares about the property and the owner-residents living there. Property management company is professional and promptly responsive to any issues or concerns.
Date: Exact move in date is still being worked out, dependent upon my own move date, but will be between mid-July and mid-August.

The Neighbors & Neighborhood: We've built relationships with neighbors in our building (longtime residents mostly working professionals) as well as neighbors in the building directly across from ours (native Washingtonians, friendly and loving). The neighborhood is full of life and all types of excitement 
yet close-nit and supportive. Also within walking distance or a short drive to many ARC members!
