Seeking CF for NE Capitol Hill Row House
Chateau Dough is losing an amazing housemates to marriage, and so we are looking for someone to fill her room in a townhouse in North East Capitol Hill for July. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and is on a family friendly street that is exactly one mile from the Capitol building steps (which is perfect for a run after work). For the neighborhood location, and proximity to public transportation (10 min walk to Union Station), the rent is really great.
Room Description: $985
Mid-size second floor room (currently has a queen size bed), with nice large window in the back of the house. Shares a shower with the downstairs roommate (who has a half bath downstairs), and their bathroom is right outside of the room. This room has a massive closet and tons of storage.
Current Residents
The three of us remaining are young women in our mid and late 20’s who value deep conversation, good music, and keeping our kitchen clean. We work for consulting firms and nonprofits, and we all have pretty active social lives. Jonelle loves dancing (think salsa, bachata, and zouk); Christina loves good music and photography; and Sarah loves to explore DC and host dinner parties. We all hate drama, value direct communication, and want our home to be warm and inviting.
