Seeking a Christian female roommate for a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo just off Columbia Pike in South Arlington. Small bedroom with shared bathroom available for $770/month, utilities extra (~$75/month).  Located 1 mile from Pentagon metro and 1.5 miles from Pentagon City metro, with bus stops servicing Pentagon, Pentagon City, Crystal City, Clarendon, Ballston, Rosslyn & downtown DC within a block or two. Taking a solo Uber/Lyft to DC is around $12. Unit includes washer/dryer and a small patio/lawn, and the condo complex is located right next to a park with tennis courts, playground, etc.  Grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants within 4 blocks.  Parking is permit-only (guest pass for new roommate), street parking available. Ready for move-in June 15. No pets.

We are looking for potential roommates to move in for the remainder of the lease (ends Nov. 30, 2019), with the potential to renew.
