Two CMs looking for place in DC/Arlington/Alexandria - August 1st-ish
My mate and I are looking for an apartment/condo to rent (approx August 1st move-in). He currently works on the Hill and drums at NCC (Barracks Row) regularly. I am a British-American special needs teacher moving from England where I run a special education consulting service. I also help with music at my church over here. I will be teaching special education.
We both love walking with Jesus, are in our 30s and are hoping to find a rad place! We would be open to living with a third person if the bill suits.

We are not terribly specific but would like the H Street, Capitol Hill, Old Town Alexandria or Ballston region
