Looking for CF Roommate for Private Bedroom in Capitol Hill English Basement

Hi all! I'm looking for a female roommate to join me in a beautiful Capitol Hill 2-bedroom/1-bathroom English basement. Move-in would be August 20th with a year-long lease. You would be taking the bigger bedroom, so rent would be around $1,250 (wifi included) with utilities capped at $50.
