The private bedroom is in a townhouse in Fairfax, minutes away from Costco, Wegmans, and GMU, available immediately until July 31. The bedroom available is nicely sized with a private balcony/porch and big walk-in closet. Rent will be $750 plus $80 for utilities of water, heat, electricity, and cable/WiFi. The room is furnished with a desk and bed. Bathroom will be shared with one other college-aged female. You will have access to the pool and gym, as well as a parking space in the garage/driveway where 2 cars can park, and 1 guest pass for visitor parking.
