female roommate in this beautiful 2 Bed/1 Bath condo with exposed brick! Rent is $1,350 per month + Utilities (~$100-$110 per month).
The space:
This gorgeous and recently renovated split-level unit features an updated kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors throughout, central AC/Heat, a working fireplace and a storage unit in the basement of the building. Lots of natural light in common areas and in the room. This unit also has the advantage of being on the top (4th) floor, so is very quiet and peaceful.
Location:
Ideally located just blocks away from H street corridor, with all the incredible shops, restaurants and bars it has to offer, including a Whole Foods and Giant. Great for commuting, it is a 15-minute walk to Union Station (Red line) and Eastern Market (Blue/Orange/Silver Lines) metro stations, close to several bus lines, and 3 miles away from I-695. Plenty of street parking around the building.
Cost/other details:
Available August 1, 2019. Can be slightly earlier, if needed.
Rent is $1,350/mo. Utilities are electric, gas and internet (no cable and water is covered by the building’s housing association), which are about $100/month (your half).
Washer/Dryers are in the building, on the same floor as unit
Furnished or Unfurnished--landlord is flexible
One-year lease at minimum
Interested applicants will be asked to complete a background check as part of the application. Background check must be cleared before move-in.
