Very accessible to public transit. 15 minute walking distance to Union Station and 20 minutes to Eastern Market. Bus stops are just steps away.
Laundry room in basement.
Fairly large front yard (for DC), without the yard work.
Pets are not allowed.
Non smoking home.

Two professional women in mid-twenties working in the nonprofit sector. One works for a faith-based organization, and the other works in immigrant rights advocacy.
Work long hours and enjoy a quiet home to relax.
