Room Available for CF in VIENNA as soon as 6/23! Very Low Rent for this area!
Cute small row house in downtown Vienna near WO&D trail, restaurants, and whole foods. <10 min drive to Vienna Metro.
Rent is $405 /mo + utilities (varies by season and billing cycle, ranges from $60-150/person)
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths & 2 half baths.
Shared kitchen, living, dining, and laundry space. Good storage space in laundry room!
We love hosting our friends for game nights, movie nights, or bible study. We're a good mix of introverts and extroverts, night owls and early birds right now so whoever you are, you'll likely fit in just fine!
Recommended that you like, or at least are not allergic to, dogs- because we have two! They are both very sweet and friendly, you would be welcome to hang out with them as much as you want but also know that there is zero need for you to ever feed/walk/think about their care at all
