Aug 1 opening for a CF in Alexandria Townhome
Beginning August 1, we have a bedroom available in a large, 5 bedroom, 3 ½ bath, tri-level townhouse. Our shared common level has an open kitchen with a bay window; outdoor deck with gas grill; foyer; large, separate living and entertainment areas; and a guest bath--all on well-kept hardwood floors. Our home is also equipped with full-sized washer and dryer, cable access in each bedroom, and WiFi. We have street parking and a driveway we share by rotation.
We are centrally located one mile from Shirlington (Peet's, Harris Teeter, restaurants, and shopping), one mile from Delray (cute walking street with little shops and great restaurants), 1/2 mile from a shopping center (Starbucks, The Fresh Market, Safeway, and many restaurants), and 2 miles from Old Town. Right off 395, we are only an 8-minute drive from the National Mall and are a couple of blocks from multiple Metro/DASH bus stops with non-stop, HOV lane routes to the Pentagon Metro station.
We are 3 women in a 5 bedroom townhouse looking for a fourth roommate. We all come from different backgrounds and walks of life in our 20s and 30s. We are looking for a pleasant, responsible roommate to share the home with us in mutual respect.
The available room is a 16’ x 18’ basement room. The bathroom on that floor is shared with one another roommate. Rent is $692.50; utilities run approximately an additional $75-$100/month. A one year lease is preferred. A security deposit equal to one month's room rent is required at signing. Unfortunately, no pets, and no smoking.
