Looking for a Christian female to rent the master bedroom in a 2BR / 1 Bath apartment in Courthouse, Arlington, VA. Master bedroom available with walk in closet for $1100 per month, not including utilities, which are usually about $80-100 a month. Lease runs through March 2018 and is available for renewal.
Located at 1410 North Scott Street, Arlington, VA, 22209 in the Meridian Apartment building (See here for map: http://goo.gl/maps/M46g9 and here:http://www.meridiancourthouse.com/ for pictures and more information.) Only a two block walk to the Courthouse Metro and walking distance to restaurants, shops, movie theater and more. Room is available for rent starting in February.
Washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, and walk-in closet included in apartment. Cable and high speed wi-fi included with utilities. Apartment building includes full-size outdoor pool, indoor workout room, and gaming / social room. Monthly parking is available for purchase in the building but is not included in rent or utilities.
