Seeking CF for room in 4 BR 3 BA house

Room available in North Arlington with three other women as early as a June 15th with flexible move-in date through August 1st. Rent is $690/month + utilities (avg. $100/month). House is bus accessible, 20-25 minute walk to East Falls Church metro, right on W&OD trail, and a ten-minute walk to Westover area. House is fully outfitted with lots of storage in basement. There is a driveway that fits 2 cars and free street parking. Housemates enjoy spending time together when able, hosting friends, and are active in local churches.
