$1048 Summer Sublet in Arlington (Courthouse) for CF
The private bedroom is in a townhouse in Arlington, VA- ideally located within an easy walk to restaurants, bars, Mom's Organic Market, bike trails, and both Court House and Clarendon Metro. Walk to the Courthouse metro takes about 8 minutes. Rent will be $1048 plus utilities, which averages around $40-60 a month. You will have a private sink and share a bathroom with a young professional female in her mid 20's who is easy to live with. You will have access to a parking space.
