Furnished bedroom for CF in June / July

I just bought a lovely townhouse in Alexandria, right off 395, and have TWO bedrooms available for rent in June / July. Each bedroom has a massive closet and a large window overlooking the back patio. The ground level has a nice kitchen and a spacious combo dining room-living room. Linens can be provided upon request. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and conveniently located close to 395, 495 and the Van Dorn metro station. Rent is $1000/month or $300/week, which includes utilities.
