CF graduate student and working professional looking for a fellow CF roommate to share a 1BR/1BA in a comfortable, third-floor condo of a secure Foggy Bottom apartment. The space is available starting 1 June 2019.
Located in West End, this apartment is in an ideal location two minutes from Trader Joe's, a wonderful public library, various restaurants and coffee shops, the GW campus, and the Foggy Bottom Metro.
The vacancy is an $850 per month/1-year lease (not including utilities) in a living room suite in the 1BR. Xfinity cable/wifi and the monthly electric bill are split by both tenants, totaling roughly $100-$115 per month. The living room is very spacious and includes privacy dividers (for sale). The room also features east facing windows for natural light, a walk-closet at the end of the hall, and heating/AC in the room.
Additional Amenities include: Functioning in-unit dishwasher; communal laundry; optional access to roof facilities and the on-site gym (for a small fee); and a communal bike room, mail room, and storage room access
