for 1 CF to join our adorable house is in West Falls Church, less than 1
mile from the West Falls Church metro, conveniently located next to RT 66, Rt 495 and minutes walk from
the W&OD bike path. The large room is 18x12.5 ft, with an oversized closet,
oversized private bathroom, and separate entry. It also has a cozy wood
burning fireplace. The rent is $1105+utilities.
The house has a shared washer/dryer,
kitchen with granite counters, hard wood floors, a sunlit living room with a fireplace, extra common space in the basement, and open street parking. The yard
