-Rent is $2,800 per month. Gas, trash service, heating, A/C,
and snow removal are all included. Water, Cable/Internet, and some electric
(plug loads only, the rest of the electric is included) are up to you.
-One month’s rent for a deposit is required up front
-Background check is required
-No smoking and no pets
There are three parking tags (one resident and two visitors)
which are required to be posted at all times. Guests can only part in “Guest”
spots.
The condo is walking distance to King Street Metro, Whole
Foods, and all of the awesomeness of Old Town. It is also close to 495 and 395
with quick access to DC and MD. It is safe, has a pool, and it’s a great
community.
We’d like to start with a 9 month lease, starting in July but
