CF Needed - $1050 Beautiful Row Home in Woodley Park

House of four professional women seeks Christian female beginning June 1. The house is located in Woodley Park, only a few blocks from the Woodley Park metro station.  The house has a very large main floor - working fireplace, two sitting areas, full dining room, half bath, and kitchen. There are three off-street parking spaces shared by the roommates. 

The bedroom is very large and has lots of natural light from three windows. The room has two large closets and shares a bathroom with one other roommate. Monthly rent  is $1050, not including utilities. 

We are looking for a clean, respectful roommate looking to live in community - someone who would enjoy small dinner parties, fireside chats, and the occasional group TV viewing. Please reach out to Bakalarski.1@gmail.com to express interest.
