CM sought for large 1 bedroom in house on Capitol Hill
This home features a large room with a private entrance, and you’re in the heart of the beautiful and safe Capitol Hill neighborhood. Ten minute walk to the Orange, Blue, and Silver lines at Eastern Market, plus all of the great restaurants and bars there. You’re two blocks south of beautiful Lincoln Park, a five minute drive from the US Capitol, and a short metro ride to downtown DC— get this spot before someone else does. The room has a window, two doors with glass and lots of light, and it exits out into a private backyard. $1080 a month, looking for a one-year lease (but the owner has been flexible and let folks leave early).
Features include a large updated kitchen, two bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, hardwood floors, working wood fireplace in the bedroom, and lots of natural light. The landlord lives next door, and you’re sharing the unit with three other men, each with their own bedroom.
