CF roommate wanted June 1 in SE DC. $825 1 bedroom
Room available June 1st in lovely Hillcrest DC, near intersection of Branch and Alabama Ave SE. Room includes a bed, dresser, shelving unit, night stand, and closet. Furnishings may be removed if you'd prefer. The full bath is shared with the one other tenant (myself), a young professional CF. The apartment is in the basement of the landlord's house and includes a large living area, small storage space, and kitchen. Laundry is included in the house storage area.
The current roommate has a dog and likes to play board games, read, run or bike, and watch tv. Prospective roommates should be clean and friendly. No smoking. No new pets, there is a dog already living in the apartment (she's totally in love with people and always up for a belly rub).
Rent is $825/month, including all utilities and internet. Parking is available in a driveway and on the nearby streets (where parking is unzoned). The area is safe and fairly quiet.
