CF seeking housing in DC

Hey all!
My current lease runs out soon, and I was looking to move in elsewhere!
I would love for it to be either on Capital Hill/Noma/Navy Yard, but I'm open to looking at other parts of town. 
I don't have a car, so I would prefer a place that is near the metro. 

I would be able to move into a place on June 1st. I keep common areas clean and am respectful. I stay fairly busy, so I'm not home too often. Outside of work, I like cooking, reading, and going out for runs.
