CM looking for housing starting June 01/15

I am moving from Dallas, TX to DC in June and am looking for a place to live! Briefly, I am turning 30 in July and will be working for a tech firm. I am really clean, fairly easy to get along with (depends on whom you ask:-)), outgoing, and would ideally love to live with other CMs. I am specifically looking in the Adams Morgan/Columbia Heights/Capitol Hill/Rosslyn neighborhoods.
