CF Roommate for Beautiful Vienna Townhome available June 1 ($700)

Hi everyone!

We are three ladies in our twenties looking for a fourth to join us in our beautiful townhome starting this June! We are looking for a roommate who loves the Lord and enjoys community.

The room for rent is a bedroom on the top floor and will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The rent is $700 plus utilities.

Some things we love about the home include:

  • Large living spaces with hardwood flooring

  • Spacious kitchen with double ovens and breakfast bar

  • Gas fireplace

  • Deck and outdoor space with fire pit

  • Plenty of Parking, plus a 2 car garage

About the apartment location:

  • Exactly one mile from the Vienna Metro Station

  • Walking distance to shopping/grocery stores

  • Lots of restaurants around!
