Hi Roomie!

We’re 3 Christian females looking for a 4th in a lovely, upgraded 4-bedroom townhouse.  Located in Alexandria, Virginia minutes from 495, 395 and 95 and a short drive/bus ride from Van Dorn metro station with plenty of neighborhood parking.  It’s conveniently located near Old Towne, Alexandria without the high cost.  Our home is located near restaurants, movie theaters, shops and grocery stores such as Harris Teeter, Trader Joe’s and Giant. If you’re familiar with Kingstowne it’s 5 minutes north of this newly developed area.  It’s a very safe and friendly neighborhood. 

The room is freshly painted blue-grey, with beige carpet.  It’s 11’x12’ with a window for plenty of light.  It has a deep closet for clothing and storage.  The room is unfurnished and waiting for you!  There is a shared bathroom with 4 total bathrooms throughout the house.  Hardwood floors throughout the house with carpeted bedrooms.  The kitchen has a granite countertop, breakfast bar that opens into the dining and living rooms, with amazing sunlight.  It opens into a balcony and deck for entertaining. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all fully furnished. The house has a ton of upgrades!  

About us, we’re all fun, laid back, young working professionals.  Each of us is very active in our churches.  We enjoy catching up from time to time and consider ourselves friends.  We are all very considerate of each other’s needs.  We enjoy having friends and family over to host and have cookouts.  It’s important to us that our next housemate enjoys the same community as it’s not just a house, but our home. 

The lease terms are flexible, and the room is ready for move-in mid-May.  Rent is $715 plus about $100 a month in utilities.
